VirginiaREIA is a Virginia corporation comprised of an Advisory Board, and various member-run committees, each serving to improve & protect the real estate investment industry throughout Virginia.

The Advisory Board consists of selected industry leaders throughout the state, including but not limited to those serving in association, community & legal leadership positions. The advisory board is responsible for overseeing the direction in which VirginiaREIA grows by evaluating the effectiveness of Committees and offering solutions aligned with VirginiaREIA's mission to service Virginia's real estate investment industry.

VirginiaREIA Committees were created to carry out the VirginiaREIA mission, and consist of various sub-committees designated for specific projects, as deemed necessary. Currently the following committees are :
