maximize and unify the efforts of the real estate investment community
as a whole, solidifying the credibility, public understanding and
legislative protection of Virginia's real estate investment industry .
Our Mission
VirginaREIA will supplement, solidify, and unify the success
of Virginia's real estate investors, primarily by colloaborating
with local Real Estate Investment Groups and members to:
- Offer support on various initiatives
- Foster unity through networking opportunities
- Provide education to build skill and credibility
- Encourage ethical investment practices
- Organize political action against negative legislation
- Spearhead investor-friendly legislative efforts
- Uphold professionalism and standards of excellence in our industry
- Represent Real Estate Investors as postive and ethical contributors to the economic and social well-being of the community.
Our Purpose
The purpose of VirginiaREIA is to employ the necessary time, effort,
resources, organization and skill to bridge the gap between Virginia's
real estate investment community and negative public opinion and
perception. This will be acheived by creating and utilizing various
professional committees to implement strategic initiatives encompassing
education, legislation, public relations, and community activities.
These initiatives will serve to strengthen, protect, and redefine
Virginia's real estate investing community.
